Most sourcing problems are not price problems. They are a sample that does not match the bulk order, a loading plan that wastes half a container, and a supplier who stops replying after the deposit.

One factory, deeply — not a directory of 40

A single partner factory means one QC standard, one lead-time calendar and one person accountable. When something goes wrong I am standing on the same floor as the problem, not forwarding your email.

Loading plans before you commit

Every quotation comes with a loading plan: pieces per carton, cartons per 40HQ, and the fixed cost per chair.

We tell you what we cannot do

Our current range is a Class 2 specification. It is not BIFMA or EN 1335 tested, and we will not pretend otherwise.

OEM & ODM

Two routes to your label. We will tell you which is cheaper.

OEM — your design, our line. Logo by silk screen on the back frame, woven label or embroidery on the seat. Custom carton printing quoted with the order. Colour matched to a Pantone reference or a physical sample. Artwork proof signed off before the line starts.

ODM — our platform, your label. Pick any of the 125 models and change the parts that matter: fabric, frame colour, base, castors, headrest. No tooling cost, because nothing new is cut.

What we will not do: reproduce another brand’s design. The risk lands on you at customs and in court, not on the factory.

Production sits two hours from our office, so a colour problem is seen on the line rather than in a photograph taken after the container has sailed.

Almost nobody publishes this — and it decides your landed cost as much as the FOB price does. Figures assume 68 cbm usable volume and the carton dimensions below.

S1 loads at approximately 715 pcs per 40HQ on the factory’s own loading record. Mixed containers are quoted with a combined loading plan.

Quality control

Four checkpoints, on every unit

Not a sampling plan. Each chair passes the same four checks before it is packed, and the fourth one is where most damage is actually prevented.

1 · Incoming

Frame, gas lift, base

Every gas lift batch is checked for stroke and stamp; base legs for chrome peeling and weld quality.

2 · Assembly

Seat and back

Armrest alignment, mesh tension and mechanism screws on 100% of units.

3 · Function

Tilt, height, castors

Full height and tilt range cycled; castors rolled and spun; legs checked for level.

4 · Packing

Carton and protection

Print, foam protection and accessory bag checked against the approved artwork before sealing.
