OEM & ODM

Put your label on it. We will tell you which route is cheaper.

Two routes, one factory floor. The difference is who owns the design — and whether anything new has to be cut, moulded or printed before the first chair is built.

Two routes

OEM or ODM — pick by what you own

Your design, our line

OEM

You bring a drawing, a sample or a competitor chair to benchmark. We quote the closest platform, the tooling if a new mould is needed, and the per-unit cost at your quantity.

Our platform, your label

ODM

You choose from 125 existing models and change the parts that do not need a new mould: fabric, frame colour, base, castors, headrest, logo. No tooling cost, shortest lead time.

Customisation

What can actually be changed

These are the six variables we change most often. Anything beyond them goes back to the mould, and that is a different conversation.

Logo

Silk screen on the back frame, woven label or embroidery on the seat. One colour to four.

Cartons

Neutral stock, one-colour print or full print — priced with the order. Your artwork or ours.

Colour

Fabric and mesh matched to a Pantone reference or a physical swatch. Adds 7–10 days.

Base & castors

Chrome or black nylon five-star base; 50 mm or 60 mm castors, twin-wheel.

Headrest

Flip-up, fixed or none, on the models with a headrest boss in the frame.

Packing

Single-piece retail carton, multi-piece project packing, spare parts on request.

Next step

Send the artwork, get a costed route

Tell us the model, the quantity and what you want to change. We answer with the cheaper of the two routes and the lead time it carries.
