Where these chairs actually go

Four rooms, four different failure modes. A chair that survives an open-plan office can fail in a control room, and a chair that suits a boardroom is wrong for a training room.

01 · Open-plan offices

Volume, durability, one look across floors

The buying decision here is consistency: the same chair across 200 workstations, supplied in batches that match. S1 and P1 carry most of these orders because loading efficiency keeps the landed cost down.

  • S1 — 715 pcs / 40HQ, lowest cost per unit
  • P1 — 674 pcs / 40HQ, butterfly 2.0
  • E1 — 1,051 pcs / 40HQ for operator rows

02 · Meeting rooms

Headrest, recline, no cylinder failures

Boardroom seating is judged on appearance and on how many chairs fit around a table. H1 for the head of table, C1 cantilever for the sides — no gas lift means no height drift after a year of use.

  • H1 — fixed headrest, 85 mm lift, executive mechanism
  • C1 — cantilever, 986 pcs / 40HQ, lowest claim rate

03 · Training rooms

Stackable, tough, cheap to replace

Training and classroom seating gets dragged, stacked and knocked over. A cantilever frame removes the single most common failure point, and three pieces per carton cuts freight per seat by roughly a third.

  • T1 — cantilever, 3 pcs / carton, 930 pcs / 40HQ
  • C1 — 2 pcs / carton, chrome or black frame

04 · Control rooms & 24/7 shifts

Long sitting hours, footrest, recline

Where a chair is occupied for eight to twelve hours, the footrest and the recline range matter more than the brand on the back. This is a small volume category with very little competition.

  • L1 — 120–130 cm back, integrated footrest
  • P1 — volume alternative without footrest
