FAQ

Questions buyers actually ask

Grouped by what you are trying to decide. If a question is missing, ask it — the answer is usually one message away, and we would rather lose an order at the quotation stage than at the inspection stage.

Most questions are about the same three things: MOQ, certification and payment.

Ordering & MOQ

50 pieces per model in standard fabrics and finishes. Custom colours or a specified mesh move the MOQ to 100 pieces per colour. Mixed containers are accepted — most first orders combine three or four models.

Yes, and most first orders do. Send the split you want and we return a combined loading plan with the fixed cost per chair for each model in the mix.

Yes. We do not ask what your business is or who your customers are. Neutral cartons and no branding are standard.

Nothing is held in stock. Every chair is built against a confirmed order, and production runs 15–30 days depending on quantity.

Specification & compliance

No. The current range uses Class 2 gas lifts and fixed PP armrests, an economical specification that has not been submitted for BIFMA X5.1 or EN 1335. If your tender requires a report we can arrange third-party testing for a specific model: roughly USD 15,000–30,000 and 4–8 weeks per model.

Load ratings are quoted per model on request, based on the gas lift and base combination. We do not publish a single figure across the range because it would be wrong for most models.

The eight models we publish all use fixed PP armrests. One catalogue model (M1) carries 3D adjustables and is quoted from the sheet rather than shown here. If adjustable armrests are a requirement across a whole order, this range is not the right fit.

Moulded foam over a 1.2 cm plywood seat board. High-back models use a mixed foam seat with a comfort top layer. FSC-certified board is available on request at a higher unit price.

Payment, samples & shipping

100% T/T with the order. The factory works on full payment rather than a deposit and balance, so the invoice is a single amount and the shipping documents are released the day the bank confirms. We do not ship on open account, and letters of credit are not accepted.

Yes, and a single piece is enough. The sample is charged at the bulk price for that quantity — there is no sample surcharge — and the freight is at your cost. Allow 7–10 days by express.

Production runs 15–30 days from confirmed order, depending on quantity and what else is on the line. Nothing is held in stock — every chair is built against your order, so the schedule starts when the specification and artwork are locked, not when the enquiry arrives. August to November adds about a week.

Shenzhen, with Guangzhou used occasionally. We do not hold our own export licence, so shipments go out through a licensed export agent under FOB terms with the documents in your name. CIF is quoted on request to any destination port; your own forwarder is welcome and we will deliver to their nominated warehouse.

OEM & customisation

Yes — silk screen on the back frame, woven label or embroidery on the seat, and printed cartons. Neutral cartons are standard stock. Custom carton printing is quoted with the order — send the artwork and we will price the plate.

Yes, against a Pantone reference or a physical sample. Colour matching adds 7–10 days and moves the MOQ to 100 pieces per colour.

We can quote a chair with similar function from our existing platform. We will not reproduce a design that belongs to someone else — the risk lands on you at customs and in court, not on the factory.

Still deciding

Still not sure which model fits?

Send a photo of the chair you are comparing against, the quantity and the destination port. You will get a model recommendation and a loading plan, not a catalogue attachment.
